T1D Allstars Official Rules

1. Sponsor

This promotion (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by T1D Allstars, Inc., a Florida nonprofit corporation, 3825 PGA Blvd., FL, 33410. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the Florida Panthers Hockey Club, NHL, Instagram, or Facebook.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of Florida, age 18 or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees, officers, volunteers, and immediate family members of T1D Allstars or any partner organization are not eligible.

3. Promotion Period

Entries open at 12:00 a.m. ET on October 25, 2025 and close at 11:59 p.m. ET on October 25, 2025. All entries must be received within this period.

4. How to Enter

No purchase or payment is necessary. To enter, scan the QR code or visit www.T1DAllstars.com/signup/ and complete the T1D Allstars mailing-list sign-up form during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate or automated entries will be disqualified. A purchase or donation does not increase your odds of winning.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a Family 4-Pack of tickets to a Florida Panthers home game (date and seat location determined by Sponsor). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500 USD. Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about October 26, 2025, conducted by Sponsor. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified via email or phone within five (5) business days of drawing. If winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, city, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.
• All federal, state, and local laws apply. Winner is responsible for any taxes arising from receipt of the prize.
• Prize value is under $5,000; therefore, registration and bonding with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services are not required under Fla. Stat. § 849.094.
• Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this Giveaway.

9. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and will be used solely for administering this Giveaway and for future T1D Allstars communications. Sponsor will not sell or share entrant information with third parties.

10. Winner List

To request the name of the winner (after November 10, 2025), send a self-addressed stamped envelope no later than December 31, 2025 to:
